EXERCISE THE DEMONS!
I have EXORCISEDDD THE DEMONS! This house is clear.
“To exorcise is to cast out a devil or evil spirit, using prayer and other religious tools. You're probably familiar with the name of the person who does this: an exorcist. Don't try to exorcise a demon yourself. Call an exorcist.” [vocabulary dot com]
“To exercise is to engage in physical activity to sustain or improve health and fitness.” [google]
Exercise helps you feel great, rock a nice little bod, and enjoy life. It also helps keep your inner demons at bay.
NEW YEAR, NEW MEME.
Don’t just take my word for it (remember, I am not a smart man)…
“I can understand nine words in that book now.”
But I don’t need the big words and science to tell me. I always feel incredible after exercising— physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually… all the ally’s. It’s a high like no other (granted I haven’t tried crystal meth).
The great news is you can exercise your demons yourself. Pick something you enjoy and just do it! If you need help with what to do or how to do it, just ask. I’m your exercist.
[side note: if you have real demons, see a professional (e.g. an exorcist or therapist). No amount of exercise will get to the root cause of whatever’s going on.]
. . . . . . . . . .
Happy New Year!
