You Don’t Need More Information

conspiracy

You trying to create the “perfect” plan.

“If more information was the answer, then we'd all be billionaires with perfect abs.”

— Derek Sivers

“But, Steve, if I don’t need more information why should I keep reading your stuff?”

Fair question.

Nice Little Body is my attempt to simplify health & fitness and make it enjoyable for you.

It’s the simple things—the timeless principles—that keep you healthy, fit, and get results…

  • sleep well (live a full day, limit blue light in the evening, get in bed by 10)
  • manage stress
  • move your nice little body (lift weights, walk, exercise, play, do activities you enjoy)
  • nutrition (macronutrients, micronutrients, hydrate with salt & electrolytes, calories, limit your intake of shitty food/drinks)
  • relationships/social (spend time with people you like, hug your homies, contribute to your community)
  • spend time in nature (view sunlight & get sun on your skin, get fresh air, get away from the stressors of every day life, get a different perspective)

Your quest for more information…

  • sends you down endless rabbit holes
  • leads to information overload (confusing & overwhelming)
  • is a form of procrastination
  • leads to perfectionism

You don’t have to be perfect. There’s no such thing, and your pursuit of perfection will ultimately cause you to fail.

Ok, Steve… if more information isn’t the answer, what is!?

Action.

ACTION, ACTION, WE WANT ACTION! A-C-T…I-O-N!

Just do it

Feel Great

“Yeah, it’s really a matter of ready, fire, aim, as opposed to ready, aim, fire. You kind of have to jump off the diving board and then figure out how you’re going to end up headfirst diving into the water on the way down. That isn’t to say you should be haphazard, but if you only operate from a place of perfect information and complete information, you’re never going to act at all.”

— Tim Ferriss
